A private text line for one family
Aaron Kaufer's Assistant is a personal AI assistant run by Aaron Kaufer, a sole proprietor in San Francisco, California. It texts only three people: Aaron himself, his fiancée and his brother. It answers their questions in one-to-one and group text conversations they started or agreed to join: travel times, plans, reminders and information lookups.

How people opt in

- If they agree, Aaron records their mobile number.
- The assistant then sends one confirmation text before anything else:

The assistant never starts a conversation with anyone who has not opted in this way.
